Splitting of Metal Sheets on Punching Press

We offer manufacture of products on CNC punching press EUROPE 258 by Japan-based AMADA.

The machine can punch steel, stainless steel, and aluminium metal sheets thick from 0.8 to 4 mm (up to 6 mm) with high emphasis on accuracy. The machine can handle this at high speed and working efficiency.

The press is a production machine having a portal structure and handy fitting of dies in a revolver head with 27 stations, including three rotary ones. The processing speed is also assisted by high travel speed and short dies replacement, wherein medium die replacement time is 1.5 s only. These parameters allow us to offer quality metal sheet processing of various shapes in short lead time.
