Modern technologies of powder painting

We offer surface finishing operations in powder paint shop.

The technology permits us to paint parts up to 3.000 mm long × 1.500 mm high × 500 mm deep while providing excellent quality of the surface finishing.

The parts undergo “automatic” degreasing and phosphatization, then nano-passivated by “glass ceramic” layer for better corrosion resistance of the painted part. The powder is applied manually on metal in electrostatic field to ensure excellent metal covering also in poorly accessible portions of the part. We use powder paints by top world manufacturers in our paint shop.

We can blast the parts in our manual blasting box prior to painting, if required.
